The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.07.2016 to the respondents for providing police protection to him and to his family members, which has not yet been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.
