ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant yearly increments and other monetary benefits, the petitioner is before this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. In view of the nature of the order going to be passed hereunder, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
notice is required to the respondents 4 and 5. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he was appointed as a B.T.Assistant in the fourth respondent school in the year 2008 and he was getting increments and other monetary benefits regularly. While so, he has not been paid with such benefits from the year 2014, due to the dispute between the petitioner and management. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation dated 17.10.2015 and the same is pending without passing any orders. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits. 5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
