PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.6 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.6 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband was already arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.12.2019 and he was released on bail on 09.03.2020. He would further submit that the petitioner is nothing to do with the business of the husband and she is falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner along with her husband induced 23 depositors (so far) to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/- in connection with S Mart online business and in view of the voluminous of the complaint being received, the matter is now referred to EOW. The husband was arrested and subsequently enlarged on bail. 5.Taking into consideration of the averments made in the complaint and nature and gravity of the offences and the matter being transferred to other criminal law enforcing agency, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
