Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner.

ORDER

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.333 of 2020 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, and the same is pending, the respondents 3 to 5 trespassed into his property and the representation submitted by the petitioner regarding this was not considered by the Inspector of Police, Vallathirukottai Police Station, Pudukottai District, till date.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2021 was registered in CSR No.75 of 2020 and posted for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4743 of 2021 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents. If the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature, the second respondent should not interfere with the same. 4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
