Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the TN Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act to call for the records and set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 18.04.2023 in R.C.A. No. 25 of 2017 before the Rent Control Appellate Authority, (Principal Sub Court), Madurai against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 04.04.2017 R.C.O.P. No . 292/2008 on the file of Principal Rent Controller (Principal District Munsf) Madurai Town and allow this Civil Revision Petition with costs throughout and thereby render justice.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, Advocate for the Petitioner and this Court made the following order:

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
