ORDER

Heard Mr.P.T.Narendravasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in C.M.A.No.16 of 2013 dated 29.06.2015 on the file of the V Additional District Court, Madurai confirming the order dated 05.09.2013 made in I.A.No.430 of 2013 in O.S.No.366 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court, Madurai. 3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the minor petitioner has become major and major declaration petition was filed before the trial Court and was allowed and hence, this revision petition will further delay the process of suit and prayed this Court to give direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

4.It is seen that the case is pending from the year 2013 onwards. It is necessary to give a direction to dispose of the matter within a time frame. Hence, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
