The petitioner, with an allegation that the official respondents are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner herein is arrayed as A10 in Cr.No.534 of 2023, which was registered on 26.04.2023 based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
