Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to set right the anomaly in pay of the petitioner by granting monetary and service benefits par with her junior and to pay the arrears with interest in consequent to the same with the time frame that may be stipulated by this Honble Court by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2016 and 08.06.2017.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 20.03.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No.13878 of 2017, an order was passed by the first respondent, by his proceedings dated 05.02.2021, stating that the petitioner's request cannot be considered, since no records have been traced for the process of re-fixation of the petitioner's pay by giving notional promotion with retrospective effect on par with his junior.

2. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
