Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,to set aside the fair order and ex-order passed in I.A.No.284 of 2015 in O.S.No.607 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani, dated 25.09.2015. ORDER: This Petition Coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition, affidavit and earlier order of this Court and upon perusal of the letter from District Munsif, Dindigul vide her letter D.No.483/2018 dated.27.11.2018 requesting to extend the time by three months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.607/2006 and this court made the following order:

"This District Munsif, Palani by letter dated.27.11.2018 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass judgement in O.S.No.607 of 2006 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order dated.05.07.2018 in C.R.P.(MD) No.2454 of 2015.

2. Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgement in the said suit till 30.04.2019 and the report of complaince shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing judgement"
