ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13620 of 2024, dated 20.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 23.03.2026), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in the case in Crime No.668 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.490 of 2023 on the file the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy along with other three cases.

3.As already pointed out, in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the Commissioner of Police, Trichy City, has filed a report narrating the events and filing of the final report.
