ORDER

The petitioner is working as a Industrial Co-operative Officer in the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Department. He was issued with a charge memo in the month of May 2023. He claims that though the enquiry has been concluded in the month of March 2025, the final order has not yet been passed and therefore, his opportunity of promotion has been affected. Hence, he submitted a representation to the respondents and also filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

Considering the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of in the admission stage itself, with a direction to the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
