ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.252 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that in this case, the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the PCR Court, Tuticorin and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.12 of 2024.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
