ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.4 to take back the Fire Crackers box in connection with Crime No.531 of 2014 in the petitioner's Godown situated at Thayilpatti, Vettilaiurani, Sivakasi, Viruthunagar District, by the way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2026.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2026 and pass orders on merits and in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
