[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of a detenue namely Sangeetha, W/o.Duraisamy, aged about 35 years before this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.289 of 2024 for Woman Missing. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that during

the course of investigation, it is seen that the missing person, who is a married woman, aged about 35 years, has gone along with the third respondent and they are presently residing at Vadapalani, Chennai, and both of them are employed in a private company.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we are of the view that the missing person is a married woman and on her own volition, she had gone with the third respondent and now they are residing at Vadapalani, Chennai and that she is not under illegal custody. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
