O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct second respondent to register a criminal case against Indira and Murugesan in pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.384 of 2015, dated 27.11.2015, on the file of the second respondent police and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 27.11.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed in C.S.R.No.384 of 2015 and a copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
