This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to dispose the C.C.No.60 of 2015.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that this miscellaneous petition is being adjourned from time to time without a final adjudication.

3.There shall be a direction to the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to dispose of this C.C.No.60 of 2015, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to report the compliance after completion of the proceedings.
