This petition has been filed to quash the the proceedings in Cr.No.145 of 2013 on the file of the The Inspector of Police, Kadayanallur Police Station, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the first respondent police would submit that the case in Cr.No.145 of 2013 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court and the learned Magistrate has also taken cognizance of the complaint in P.R.C.No.13 of 2019.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
