This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 24.08.2015 made in I.A.No.30 of 2014 in O.S.No.146 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanoor.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both parties are present.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and the parties have signed the settlement agreement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.

4.The respondent/wife agreed that she received the amount from the petitioner/husband.

5.Mediation Report is recorded. Hence, the order dated 24.08.2015 made in I.A.No.30 of 2014 in O.S.No.146 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanoor is set aside. The settlement agreement shall form part of the order.

6.With the above terms and conditions stated in the settlement agreement, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
