ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and letter in D.No.236 dated:16/2/16 and D.No.968 dated:2/7/16 and D.No.2124 dated:1/11/16 of the Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar and the court made the following order:- By order dated:20.11.15 this Court has directed the Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) Virudhunagar to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2/03 within a period of two months from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Now, the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Virudhunagar requested for extension of time for further three months to comply with the above order of this Court. Considering the request of the Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Virudhunagar further three months time is granted to comply with the order of this Court dated 20.11.15 in the above Civil Revision petition.
