ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC., in Crime No. 'Not Known' of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that no FIR is registered against the petitioners and the petition enquiry alone is pending before the respondent Police.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the above facts, the respondent is directed either to register the FIR or close the enquiry, as expeditiously as possible and further, the respondent should not harass the petitioners during enquiry.
