PRAYER :- For bail in Cr No.149/2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A2 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.02.2023 for the offences under sections 109,120(b), 201,302 and 364 of IPC in Crime No.149 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. Earlier the petitioner was arrested and released on bail. Thereafter the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court , hence Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 16.12.2022. The petitioner was arrested on execution of Non Bailable Warrant on 13.02.2023. Further the petitioner involved in 10 previous cases and if he is released on bail he will not appear before the trial court and the entire proceedings will be stalled. Only because of the absence of this petitioner, the trial Court is even not able to proceed with the case initially, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Hence the petition stands dimissed.
