RESPONDENT/PETITIONER/PLAINTIFF PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the rejection of I.A.No.749 of 2015 in O.S.No.336 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri and with further direction as it may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of this case. ORDER : This Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 12.04.

2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the learned District Munsif, Musiri in letter D.No.509 dated 11.09.2018 forwarded by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in the letter in D.No.9241/2018 dated 19.09.2018 seeking Extension of time, this Court made the following order:- The learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, seeks time for a period of three months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.336 of 2012, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri.

2. The learned Magistrate, seek an extension of time. Therefore, time is extended for a period of three months.

3. The learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.336 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No more further extension petition is entertained.
