This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.19050 of 2015, dated 29.01.2019 and 05.02.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.19050 of 2015, dated 29.01.2019 and 05.02.2019 has been complied with.

3. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.19050 of 2015, dated 29.01.2019 and 05.02.2019, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed.
