Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3998 of 2018, dated 14.03.2018.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
