Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for surveying and fencing his property in S.No.146/1A of Devathanapatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for surveying and fencing his property in S.No.146/1A of Devathanapatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2020 was registered in C.No.G2/39067/2957/2020 and posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
