This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police and his officials not to interfere with the matter purely civil in nature and not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who submitted that on the complaint given by one Saroja, a petition enquiry in CSR No.94 of 2017 has been conducted and the same has been subsequently closed on 14.02.2017.
