ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was found guilty in C.C.No.262 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul. The petitioner filed Criminal Appeal No.06 of 2016 before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul. He was absconded on 04.07.2016. Hence Non Bailable Warrant came to be issued against the petitioner.
2.The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul on 05.06.2018 and apply for recall of warrant. On such petition being filed, the learned District cum Sessions Judge, Dindigul is directed to recall the warrant on the same day. The petitioner undertakes that he shall be present to receive the judgment in the appeal. 3.Recording this undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly.
