ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.127 of 2016 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ramanathapuram, for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 302 and 109 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.127 of 2016 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ramanathapuram. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued . 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's wife had heart problem and coupled with pregnancy. CRL OP(MD). No.4686 of 2021 Since her wife's health condition developed some complication on 03.03.2021, the petitioner was remained in the hospital to various departments, calling upon the doctors and others to save his wife. Hence, he could appear before the trial Court. In view of the same, Non Bailable Warrant was issued. The petitioner also produced hospital records. The petitioner undertakes that the he shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned II Additional District Judge, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
