PRAYER IN CRL.O.P.(MD)No.15123 of 2016: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 6th respondent not to compel the petitioner to execute a deed towards cancelling the sale deed dated 03.02.2016 in respect of the petitioner's property situated in Plot Nos.71 and 72, Masi Theru, Thenkasi, Tirunelveli District and further direct him not to interfere into the civil subject matter in respect of the said property.
PRAYER IN CRL.O.P.(MD)No.15124 of 2016:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 6th respondent to return the original documents namely (i) Will dated 03.12.1955 (ii) Will dated 14.08.1989, (iii) Partition deed dated 04.07.1983 and (iv) Will dated 12.08.2002 which were seized by him from the petitioner in connection with the property situated in Plot Nos.71 and 72, Masi Theru, Thenkasi, Tirunelveli District forthwith.

COMMON ORDER The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15123 of 2016 has been filed seeking for a direction to the 6th respondent not to compel the petitioner to execute a deed towards cancelling the sale deed dated 03.02.2016 in respect of the petitioner's property situated in Plot Nos.71 and 72, Masi Theru, Thenkasi, Tirunelveli District and further direct him not to interfere into the civil subject matter in respect of the said property. 2.The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15124 of 2016 has been filed seeking for a direction to the 6th respondent to return the original documents viz., (i) Will dated 03.12.1955 (ii) Will dated 14.08.1989, (iii) Partition deed dated 04.07.1983 and (iv) Will dated 12.08.2002 which were seized by him from the petitioner in connection with the property situated in Plot Nos.
71 and 72, Masi Theru, Thenkasi, Tirunelveli District forthwith. 3.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that based on the complaint petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 5.The same is recorded. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him. 6.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
