ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime Nos.18 and 19 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.It appears to be a clear case of job racketing. A sum of Rs.3,00,000/- had been unlawfully collected from the de-facto complainant.

Therefore, the matter requires custodial interrogation. Hence, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
