ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 I.P.C., in Crime No.239 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent on 27.10.2017 during the trial in C.C.No.44 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. 4.

If the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
