ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 379 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.32 of 2018 and seek Anticipatory Bail. They have been shown as Accused Nos.1 to 5. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners 1 and 2 are said to have borrowed a sum of Rs.4,00,00/- from the father of the de facto complainant. However, they did not return the same that lead to committing suicide by the de facto complainant's father. The petitioners are said to have attacked the de facto complainant. In this regard, a case has already been registered against the petitioners 1 and 2.

4.Taking note of the conduct of the petitioners 1 and 2 herein, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and Anticipatory Bail is granted in respect of the petitioners 3, 4 and 5. this Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thanjavur District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
