ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The accused in Crime No.22 of 2019, namely, Palvannam, Balasubramanian and Velusamy applied for anticipatory bail by filing Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16875 of 2019. The accused gave an undertaking that they will pay a sum of Rs.11,50,000/- to the defacto complainant within a period of three months. Recording the said undertaking, anticipatory bail was granted on 29.11.2019. But till date, the said amount has not been paid. 3. Therefore, the anticipatory bail granted to respondents 2 to 4 vide order dated 29.11.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16875 of 2019 is cancelled. This petition is allowed.
