ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in e-auction dated 10.02.2026 by dispensing the uploading of "No Objection Certificate" to be issued by the respondent.

2. This Court by an interim order dated 24.02.2026 had directed the petitioner to approach the respondent for "No Objection Certificate".

3. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, "No Objection Certificate" has been issued by the respondent.

4. In view of the above said facts, no other orders are called for. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
