ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in custody since 08.04.2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 364, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.131 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police. They have been shown as Accused Nos.1 and 2.

2.This Court went through the contents of the First Information Report. It is seen that the first petitioner was employed under the de facto complainant's husband. Since he was ousted from his employment, the crime in question has been committed. 3.Taking note of the overt act attributed to the petitioners herein, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein. The petitioners shall not be entitled to apply bail application for 30 more days.

4.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
