O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conduct the case in C.C.No.90 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai in a speedy manner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is of the year 2014 and the same has been taken cognizance in the year 2016.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are eleven witnesses in this case and the case is posted for next hearing on 11.05.2020.

4. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.90 of 2016 within a period of six months from 11.05.2020.
