The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to preserve the CCTV Footages of the second respondent police dated 27.12.2025 from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the CCTV footages would be preserved for 21 days only.
