ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the fraudulent document dated 30.08.2012 said to have been executed by the fifth respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2025.

2. The issue raised in the present writ petition is no longer res integra and has been settled by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of M.Kathirvel vs. Inspector General of Registration and others1. In view of the said authoritative pronouncement, this Court cannot entertain a prayer for cancellation of a registered document by declaring the same as fraudulent. aggrieved by the document in question, it is open to the petitioner to approach the competent civil court and work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
