The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the First Information Report, dated 13.03.2017 in Crime No.70 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same against the petitioner as illegal and devoid of merits.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), a charge sheet has been filed and the same was submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, on 13.03.2017 and a copy of the charge sheet filed before this Court.
