ORDER

With the consent of the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct a survey based on the registered sale deed and patta mutated in favour of him. The petitioner's application is dated 11.09.2024.

4. Considering the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 11.09.2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
