By order dated 17.03.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in EA No.8 of 2024 in EP No.30 of 2003 in OS No.181 of 2001 on or before 31.07.2025.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.A1/10077//2025, dated 07.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further eight months time to comply with the order dated 17.03.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, eight months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 17.03.2025.
