ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.27.04.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional Sessions Judge (FAC), Tirunelveli, in D.No.334/2022, dated 10.03.2022 and this Court made the following order:- The learned Additional Sessions Judge, III Additional Sessions Judge (FAC), Tirunelveli, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.116 of 2014 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.04.2021.
