PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of petition enquiry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of petition enquiry.

2.There is no representation for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police has not harassed the petitioners but, only asked the petitioners to appear for enquiry. The complaint was enquired and the first petitioner appeared for enquiry and gave an undertaking he will seek his remedy before the appropriate forum. Pursuant to the undertaking made by the petitioners, the complaint was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the present petition filed by the petitioners cannot be sustained and the allegations of the petitioners against the respondent police are not correct. 5.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
