This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Paramakudi to dispose of the enquiry in Cr.M.P.No.100 of 2016 in S.C.No.19 of 2014. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police would submit that Cr.M.P.No.100 of 2016 in S.C.No.19 of 2014. has already been disposed of, by order dated 20.12.2017. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
