Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi to dispose of the case in PRC.No.15 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though PRC.No.15 of 2019 is pending for more than two years, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, did not commit the case to the Court of Sessions.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that Non Bailable Warrant is pending against all the accused in PRC.No.15 of 2019. 3.In the circumstances, the first respondent is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the accused in PRC.No.15 of 2019 and secure them before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi. The learned District Munsif -cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi is directed to commit the case to the Court of Sessions as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
