ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police not to interfere in the leasehold dispute and not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the undertaking letter obtained from the petitioner forcibly on 01.03.2022 for repayment of the balance lease amount.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 01.03.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
