ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue non-traceable certificate for the original sale deed No.4215/2019 dated 02.08.2019, on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 17.03.2022 and 18.03.2022, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint alleging that her original sale deed registered vide Document No.4215 of 2019 dated 02.08.2019 is missing.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint has been received from the petitioner to consider the same.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint in person before the second respondent after issuance of public notice. On receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to follow the due procedure and also ensure that the original sale deed has not been deposited for any other purpose by the petitioner and issue non-traceable certificate to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
