O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide effective police protection to the petitioner Company's personnel, vendors and contractors for installation of telecommunication infrastructure in respect of work site comprised in Survey No. 106/4A, situated at No.16, Old Line Street - 1, Natham, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu 624 401, based on the complaint, dated 03.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner, M/s.Netfra Solutions Private Limited is registered under Companies Act. As a part of operation, the petitioner's Company wants to erect tower, after obtaining proper license and after executing agreements with the respective building owners. While so, the local people objecting the petitioner's Company to erect tower. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation 2/5

to the 2nd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that they have already issued license to the petitioner's Company for erection of tower, after satisfaction of legal formalities.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have has received the complaint of the petitioner and the same is under consideration and they will dispose the same within a period of one week. 5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to give police protection for erection of tower and they have also obtained license, it is for the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for erection of tower. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.02.2025 and dispose the same within a period of one week from the date of this order, in accordance with law.

6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
