Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. A1/11715/2018 dated 13.11.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to promote the petitioner to the post of Havildar Vehicle Section by giving effect from 14.08.2013 and pay all the monetary benefits.
