ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Reshma, aged 19 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present.

3. The second respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station has produced the alleged detenu.

4. Since the petitioner is not present, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
